This year a poster session open to participant, local research groups and sponsor will be proposed during the warmup evening (October 8th) located at the BioInnovation building
(happy hours, poster session, visits, food truck)
Up to 40 posters could be selected
Call for abstracts:
Deadline for abstract submission: September 10th, 2025
Length: 2.500 characters maximum, including spaces
No figures or tables
Presenting author’s details are mandatory (Title, First name, Last name, Company/Institute, Department, Address, Post code, Town, Country, Office phone, Mobile, Email)
The Scientific Committee will evaluate and selected appropriated abstracts. The official language of the meeting is English.
Selected abstracts should be displayed as posters.
Poster dimensions: A0 (height, 118.9 cm; width, 84.1 cm).
All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be supplied at the venue. The presenting author must register for the meeting and pay the relevant registration fees.

If you arrive by TRAIN
From the Franche-Comté TGV station, there are train shuttles that arrive at the Gare Viotte, located in the city centre.
Once at the Gare Viotte you can reach the Kursaal by foot (25mn, 1.8km) or by public transport.
Different possibilities:
In front of the train station you can take the bus line 3, direction “Centre ville” until the “8 septembre” bus stop, 17 minutes journey + 5 minutes walking.
Take the tram line 2 direction “Haut du Chazal”, get off at “République”, journey time 21 minutes including 10 minutes by foot.
If you arrive by CAR
You will be able to park on paying car parks:
“Mairie” car park, the closest to the Kursaal.
“Chamars” car park, less than 10 minutes walk.
You can park in special car parks that include transport tickets and reach the Kursaal by public transport:
Park and ride the tram (lines 1 or 2) from “Micropolis” to “Chamars”, 18 minutes including 8 minutes by foot.
