Jessica Gobbo

Jessica Gobbo is an accomplished clinician-researcher with a profound specialization in oncology and translational medicine. She works as a researcher in the early-phase clinical trials unit at the Centre Georges-François Leclerc (CLCC) in Dijon and is a key member of CTM, INSERM1231, Dijon. She obtained her PhD in Life Sciences, specializing in oncology, from Burgundy University in Dijon in 2013. She further enhanced her multidisciplinary skill set by completing a Master’s in Business Administration (IAE, Dijon), enabling her to seamlessly bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and its clinical application.Her research focuses primarily on developing innovative biomarkers, particularly extracellular vesicles, for cancer diagnostics and therapeutic monitoring, with a strong emphasis on advancing precision oncology. Dr. Gobbo’s expertise in clinical is reflected in her leadership roles: (i)Clinical Trials: She coordinates several key early-phase studies (e.g., NCT02662621, NCT03800121, NCT05744076) and is on the board of the Clinical Investigation Center (CIC-1432, Dijon), (ii)Professional Societies: Vice-President of the French Society for Extracellular Vesicles (FSEV).Co-founder of the East Extracellular Vesicle Network (REVE).
